T&L partnered with Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems for the design and construction of this new 9,732 SF medical clinic in Tazewell, Virginia. The new facility enabled Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems to increase both the scope of services and the capacity to provide services to the community.
The facility includes primary care exam rooms, an optometry suite, a dental suite, behavioral health, pediatric care, a lab, x-ray, triage room, nurse workstations, lobby/waiting, and other supporting spaces. The project was completed in late 2018 and a ribbon cutting was held in October.
