City of Radford Public Works Master Plan

In January 2015, T&L completed a Master Plan and Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) for the City of Radford which included the following:

• Documentation of the existing conditions;
• A programming exercise;
• Conceptual design alternatives;and
• Costs estimates and a summary report.

A phased construction approach was recommended in the PAR to accomplish a long-term restructuring of the site, ultimately resulting in an entirely new facility.
