- Design a stormwater conveyance system to capture stormwater runoff; Erosion and sediment control / stormwater management plan;
- Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP);
- Bidding and advertising; and Construction contract administration.
The project was divided into two (2) phases. Phase I consisted of approximately 1,200 l.f. of 60-inch storm drain and all related appurtenances. Phase II consists of approximately 2,500 l.f. of storm drain varying in diameter from 36- to 60-inch, approximately 600 l.f. of curb and gutter, and all related appurtenances.
The Phase I project was awarded to Wells Construction Co., Inc. in September 2016 for $944,879.00 and was completed in June 2017 at a final construction cost of $1,091,608.80. Phase I was designed and constructed within budget and on schedule. Significant rainfall events following construction of the Phase I project have demonstrated the project’s success!
T&L is currently finalizing the Phase II design.
