T&L partnered with Bluefield State College in March 2018 to provide architectural services associated with the re-roofing of Conley Hall and Hardway Library. The project consisted of the re-roofing of Conley hall and Hardway Library, including wind uplift evaluation, skylight, lay-in ceiling, and light fixtures in skylight wells, and masonry repairs on Conley Hall parapet wall. T&L’s scope of services included design, assistance during bidding, and construction contract administration.
