Timothy A. Mullins

Tim Mullins, PE, is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and has experience in the design and construction of engineering projects. He has served the company in several capacities from Design Engineer to Design Supervisor.  Currently, he serves as Director of Transportation and Utility which allows him to oversee the planning and development of design concepts and alternatives for various transportation, water, wastewater, site and infrastructure development projects for engineering and architecture.  Tim also plays a major role in the preliminary and final design of various projects.
