Ronald G. Helton

Ronald G. (Ron) Helton, PE, is a graduate of Virginia Tech, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. His career at T&L began as a Cooperative Education Student. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Ron returned to T&L full-time where he went on to become Design Engineer, Associate, Project Engineer, Vice President of Engineering, Executive Vice President, President, and his current position as Chairman and Senior Vice President. As an extension of his role and duties as Chairman and Senior Vice President, Ron lends his expertise to a variety of projects as Officer-in-Charge, providing oversight and guidance, QA/QC, and ensures that the Project Team has access to the resources necessary to complete the project on time and within budget.

Across his years of experience with the development, planning, funding, and design of various water, wastewater, site and infrastructure developments for multiple engineering and architectural projects, Ron has gained valuable knowledge which he contributes regularly to a variety of professional organizations.
