Rita Baker

Rita Baker has over 40 years experience in construction management. Rita is responsible for project reports, contractor payment requests, and monitoring project budgets of federally funded projects at T&L. 

As Project Manager Rita is responsible for project coordination and is the main point of contact between the client and the Project Team.  She will see that the necessary services are provided and that the project is completed on time and within budget constraints.
