T&L was proud to sponsor and attend the Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. 50th Anniversary Water is Life Conference on April 25th at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. SERCAP’s mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development, environmental health,and economic self-sufficiency. SERCAP has cumulatively helped bring water and wastewater services to over one million residents in its seven state service region.

T&L attended and exhibited at the 31st Annual VRWA (Virginia Rural Water Association) Conference and Trade Show at the Hotel Roanoke on April 15 – 17.
This year’s program offered water and wastewater professionals the opportunity to attend training sessions to introduce them to the latest industry advancements, meet with water and wastewater suppliers, and service companies, and mingle with other operators around the state.

Our Director of Transportation, Tim Mullins presented: The Pinnacle – Designing a Destination at the 5th Annual Southern Technical Conference Bluefield State College – ASCE on Thursday, April 11, 2019. T&L was proud to participate in this event.
T&L employees attended the VDOT Transportation Alternatives workshop in Wytheville today. This year’s pre- application deadline is July 1 with a final application deadline of October 1, 2019.
