Project Description:
ETSU Infectious Disease West Park Second Floor Renovation:
Construction of a new pharmacy. This pharmacy will not be a compounding pharmacy so no additional mechanical will be required.
  • Select renovations in the existing check-in/check-out area to create a lab, office, and a surgical room.
  • The existing vinyl wall covering is to be painted.
  • New floor finishes are to be provided.
  • Select casework is to be replaced.
  • A new nurse’s station is to be provided.
  • Select plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical work is to be included.
  • Replace the existing VAV (Variable Air volume) boxes with new Trane VAV boxes and address any required HVAC duct modifications.
