Jill Workman

Jill Workman, PE, has extensive experience, making her a highly versatile leader in the design, project management, and construction administration of both public and private sector projects. As the Director of Engineering for Tennessee, Jill brings a wealth of expertise in civil design, including water and sanitary sewer utility systems, stormwater management, water quality, erosion and sediment controls, roadways, bridges, and FEMA flood analysis.
Her extensive experience in coordinating complex projects involves working closely with municipalities, developers, architects, contractors, healthcare organizations, funding agencies, and governmental regulators. Jill’s ability to navigate and integrate the diverse requirements of various stakeholders ensures the successful delivery of comprehensive and sustainable engineering solutions.
