Keli Ratcliffe

Keli Ratcliffe, CPSM, has extensive experience in the development and implementation of strategic communication programs. Keli possesses a thorough knowledge of public and stakeholder activities supporting local government projects.  She has successfully represented project teams at community events, facilitated workshop discussions, and managed the preparation of informational materials, websites, study documents, and project resource centers.  She has successfully demonstrated her communication skills through numerous venues including written information, websites, marketing materials, and graphic displays. She assists clients in identifying funding opportunities as well as writing and submitting funding applications.
