Andrew Monk

Andrew Monk, PE, is Director of Site Development and Solid Waste and plays a major role in the design and construction of site development, stormwater and solid waste management projects.  Andrew manages the departments activities, quality of design, and production. He gathers and evaluates project data, provides recommendations, and oversees the design details and construction documents for the engineering team.  Andrew is a graduate of Virginia Tech and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with special concentration in Environmental and Water Resource Engineering.
