Erica Sunshine

Erica Sunshine, AIA, LEED AP, is Director of Architecture and oversees the planning and development of design concepts and alternatives for each of T&L’s regions.  She also provides direct supervision of design architects and technicians.  Erica is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is a LEED Accredited Professional.  She has a comprehensive understanding of green building design practices, principles, and the LEED Rating System as well as experience in the design and construction of architectural projects. Erica has played a major role in the preliminary and final design of new construction and renovation/adaptive reuse projects.
