New River Resource Authority Landfill
T&L has been providing solid waste management consulting services to the NRRA for nearly 15 years having entered into our first Term Agreement in 2005. During this time, we have assisted the NRRA with a variety of projects involving surveying, engineering design, permitting, monitoring, architectural design, and Designer Led Design Build. This relationship with the NRRA is an excellent example of how we can serve as a consultant to our clients, become an advocate and serve as an extension of their in-house staff.
