NRRA Administration Building Expansion

T&L was retained by the New River Resource Authority to provide Designer Led Design Build services to design and construct an addition (with selected renovations) to their existing administration building.

This addition provided the following project components:

• New dedicated public entry
• Waiting area/lobby
• New restrooms
• Executive Director’s Office
• Conference room
• Kitchen
• Outdoor deck
• Board meeting room
• HVAC upgrades and emergency generator system;
• Other interior modifications to include new flooring throughout the existing corridor; and
• Parking improvements
